Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Your main responsibilities will include: § Meeting customers & handling all customer enquiries Putting together personalised customer care plans & risk assessments Managing the recruitment of all care staff and ensuring that they always have sufficient levels of staff in place in order to undertake customer duties Managing the day-to-day operations of the office to agreed budgets Providing care staff inductions and ensuring that their training is kept up to date Promoting strong customer service values to the team and monitoring quality standards Ultimately ensuring the safe delivery of care service.Standard or enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure:.
