You will provide care to the physically disabled service users, working closely to enable them to attain their full potential and maximise their independence in all living aspects in the home. You will be required to communicate with their relatives, friends and other members of staff, ensuring a high quality of care. You will take charge of a team and be able to give clear and concise instructions, and work closely with the Care Supervisor. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own.
