You must possess significant experience within personal lines insurance or be a recent graduate with business related degree. Above all you must be able to demonstrate that you have the determination and ability to succeed. The company want to recruit individuals that will provide a completely unique experience for their clients and who will be keen to undertake continuous and extensive training. You will be dealing with incoming customer calls, maximising margins/renewal retention and increasing renewal conversion through effective sales closure. It is essential that you are resilient and motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced target driven environment.
