You must have previous experience of working in a care home setting. Full training to NVQ Level given. To take a lead role and assist in care provision in all aspects of the service users assessed needs. You will help promote personal and physical independence in activity of daily living undertaken by the residents within this care home and assist in the direct care, assisting residents in washing, dressing and undressing. You will help serve food, meal and drinks. .
