Part Time Day Care Centre Manager Required / Alton, Hampshire, London
22 hrs per week, Mon, Wed, Fri, 9.00-5.00
To maintain the smooth & effective running of a Day Care Centre for mentally frail older people. Plan, deliver, monitor, services, resources and staff. ESSENTIAL - Experience of working with older people in a day care setting. Good communicator. Financial management. Quality management. IT skills. Minimum of NVQ3 or equivalent in Care. Use of car for work. Awareness of relevant legislation. DESIRABLE - NVQ4 or above in Care. Previous management experience in care setting for older people. Business/managerial competencies.
