Winifred Dell is a large residential care home for older people based in Essex Way, Brentwood and we are currently looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants for both day and night shifts. Salary is dependant on qualifications and experience, between £6.10 and £6.55 per hourKey duties:•To support and encourage residents in everyday activities and promote inde pendence.•To ensure that all residents are cared for with respect and dignity.•To provide personal care, such as bathing, feeding, washing, toileting etc.•To ensure that the tidiness of the home is maintained to the highest level.???Relevant experience or an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is preferred however, not essential as training will be providedWe are an equal opportunities employer?????.
