Lead Support Worker Required / Hove, East Sussex, London
37.5 per week, 5 days over 7, between 7:30am-10:00pm
Full driving licence an advantage. Must have previous care experience, working alongside clients with learning disabilities. Any experience of autism or challenging behaviour would be an advantage. Must have good written communication skills. Candidate will be working within a small care home at Rutland Gardens, for five men with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism. Will be responsible for all general care duties, to include providing care and overseeing care provision for service users to include associated administration and compiling reports. Will accompany service users on outings and activities. Ongoing training will be provided. Will involve occasional sleep-ins. you can upload CV at CV-form. .
