Civil Litigation Head Of Department Required / Preston, Lancashire
£35000 - £50000 per annum
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days
The ideal candidate will have experience running professional negligence claims, however, my Client is happy to consider suitably qualified candidates with a strong litigation background and a desire to move into this area of work. The role will involve running a caseload of Claimant Professional Negligence claims made against a wide variety of professionals such as Solicitors, barristers, licensed conveyancers, architects, surveyors and accountants, as well as managing a team of Fee Earners. Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a background in litigation and ideally with experience leading a team.
