£20000 to £24000 Per Annum
Highly reputable firm based in the Leeds area seeks experienced conveyancer to work within a friendly team. Duties will include Handling a caseload of SP files - freehold and leasehold, liaise with clients, title checking, raise enquiries, deal with responses to enquiries, exchange contracts and completions. Offer support to assistant, respond to telephone calls, keep accurate records, update all parties on transactions, liaise with quality and technical advisor, provide assistance on remortgage matters.
