40 per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Currently looking for a Mobile Electrical Building Services Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain small council/local authority buildings in the West London area. Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining electrical systems in small buildings, ie care homes, electrical fault finding and repairs, electrical maintenance on plant equipment, basic repairs on air conditioning systems, rewiring as and when required, call outs on a 1 in 4 rota. Electrical building maintenance experience, electrical qualifications AM1 and AM2/2360 or equivalent, full driving licence, will need to pass a CRB check or already have one, will be required to commute to West London. £28,000 basic plus estate car plus BUPA plus £100 standby plus overtime.
