We are currently recruiting for Site Security Manager for one of shopping centres in Luton, The Mall Luton.Key Responsibilities:Manage the contract as per client specification, Delivery of contract hours with trained officers, Manage and schedule staff including recruitment, training, disciplinary and welfare issues, Client liaison, Attend weekly and monthly client meetings, Investigate all accidents incidents, Ensure compliance with the assignment instructions, To attend local crime initiatives, Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Area Manager, Ensure that risk assessments are completed and documented, Ensure that health and safety information contained in risk assessments are communicated to relevant employees and client, To conduct regular team meetings, Ensure all employees receive appropriate induction and training.
