£21000 to £22000 Per Annum
Team Leader required for a small inbound call centre in the Mayfair area, my client has expanded their offices to London and so will be setting up a new inbound call centre to deal exclusively with London Clients. They are looking to find an experienced Team Manager Team Leader with a strong customer service background Duties will include but not be limited to the following:Manage the performance of the team, setting objectives, giving regular feedback Ensure effective communication at all levels and encourage open communication within the team and the building of effective cross functional relationships.
