Part Time Hotel Receptionist Required / Basildon, Essex, London
Previous experience an advantage but training would be given. Must be able to deal with difficult situations due to location as we are based on the Festival Leisure park and surrounded by night clubs. Must have good customer service and good communication skills. Must be computer literate and be able to work on your own initiative. Duties to include meeting and greeting guests, checking guests in and out, cash handling, dealing with enquiries, keeping the working area clean and tidy and any other related tasks as required. Must be flexible regarding hours worked as the hotel is open 24 hours and this vacancy will require cover for sickness and holidays. Will be required to work every Saturday 3pm- 11pm and one other night shift between 11pm - 7am. Applicants can also drop off CV into the hotel reception.
