We are looking for Claims Advisors to join our busy contact centre. We have a variety of shift patterns available and this will be discussed at interview. The role will involve: Managing your own portfolio of claims from start to finish Ensuring recovery of our losses from the third party Working to achieve key performance indicators and average claim cycle times Utilise and instruct nominated internal and external suppliers Skills, knowledge and behaviour:Some knowledge of motor insurance would be beneficial but not essential as full training is givenAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload Ability to work to and achieve deadlines Conscientious Team player.
