Hotel Night Guest Service Agent Required / Whittlesford, Cambridge, London
36-48 PER WEEK, 4ON 4 OFF, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Working from 7pm to 7am you will be making reservations, checking in guests, and preparing bills and taking payment on departure. This job uses several computer systems and required exceptional customer care skills and be good with figures as you will do end of day reports and close down the days business. This position also involves invoices serving drinks at the hotel bar. Previous reception skills an advantage, but full training given. Previous experience of cash handling and working with figures and the public are essential. Must be confident with computers and previous night working would be an advantage. .
