£24,000-£26,000 PA DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
39 HOURS PER WEEK, 5/7 DAYS
Experience in a supervisory role is essential. Experience in hotel or service industry would be preferred. Plumber or electrician qualification is desirable. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work on own initiative, under pressure and able to meet deadlines. Ensuring the bedrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, leisure facilities and public areas are maintained to Company, legislation and health and safety standards through the process of planned maintenance and day-to-day upkeep.
