Basic Skills Tutor / Milton Keynes
£17,000-£19,000 PER ANNUM
37.5 PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8.30AM AND 5PM
Duties include delivering of an intensive programme designed to address barriers of employment, delivery of basic skills training including mum racy, literacy and ESOL. Identify the needs of clients through one on one interviews, ensuring that all clients have an individual training programme to address their individual needs. prepare , deliver and review comprehensive lesson plans and continual review of client progression to ensure training needs are being met. Candidate should possess a C&G teaching qualification, ability to manage and motivate demanding groups, must have strong admin skills, and knowledge of the local labour market.
