NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
35 PER WEEK, 5 FROM 7 DAYS, 7.00AM TO 11.00PM
Applicants must be qualified to CDP standards. Must have previous experience working within a busy hotel kitchen environment. Duties include, prepare food for service to guests of the highest standards, daily requisition sheets, set up assigned station preparation of area equipment and utensils, supervising and training of staff, maintain clean and hygienic state at all times. This is temporary role for 13 weeks before becoming permanent for the right candidate. .
