35 HOURS PER WEEK, DAYS AND TIMES TO BE ARRANGED
This vacancy is based at Gatwick International Airport. Applicants must have an NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent in food preparation and cooking and have previous experience in a similar position. . Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety including a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of quality and service delivery are essential. Good team working skills are also essential. The successful applicant will contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen and will be responsible for producing a variety of dishes for the restaurant to the very highest standards of food preparation and presentation, whilst ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely and hygienically.
