he successful candidate must have experience in working with vulnerable people, have the right attitude and confidence to work with complex needs and challenging behaviour in a non aversive, positive and planned way. Must have high levels of motivation and reliability, excellent team work and a full driver's licence. A very comprehensive 6 month induction programme and Autism specific training will be provided.
