The Banking Customer Advisor is branch based, you will be working face to face. meeting & greeting customers, dealing with banking queries efficiently and effectively, actively work in the cash area of the bank, working within a team and working collectively to achieve branch targets. You will be required to use your people skills, let your personality shine through and ensure you are approachable, friendly and helpful at all times. This role will require you to build rapport with customers of the branch and influence effectively. .
