1st and 2nd line IT support / richmond, surrey
37.5 HOURS, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8.30AM-5.30PM
We are looking for a 1st and 2nd line desktop support engineer. Experience in blackberry enterprise would be an advantage. The role will incorporate all aspects of desktop support which include providing IT support to the team to deal with day to day issues, support a multitude of users, configuring lap tops and PC's. You will also deal with queries in person and over the phone. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 1 week but could be extended.
