Support good HRM practice throughout the organisation and lead the specialist HR function to high levels of operational performance in the whole range of HR activities. We are looking for someone who can embed a. strategic approach to human resource management and development that result in first class performance of all college staff. You will have a demonstrable track record of HR leadership and strategic achievement in a complex, fast moving environment with the drive to deliver modern, best in class HR practice across all areas. Highly motivated, innovative and resilient, you will have outstanding communication and engagement skills and the ability and credibility to influence at the most senior leve.
