To assist in delivering an effective and customer focussed food offer and in house coffee bar in a high profile restaurant. To supervise, train, motivate and manage the . performance of 7 staff on a day to day basis. Must have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic, have high standard expectations in the delivery of standards. Good communication skills, excellent customer care and a good basic financial knowledge required. Other duties will include light managerial duties.
