Teaching Assistant / MDSA / East Sussex County Council

We are looking for a self-motivated teaching assistant to support our current ‘Reading Recovery’ programme in school. The role will involve working with individual/small groups and one to one tuition of children to focus on reading. Support and training will be provided.
The role also includes a midday supervisory assistant for 5 hours per week to assist with lunch time/playtime. The salary for this post will be £12,145 – £12,531 pro rata (Single Status Grade 1)

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post, however, this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Point-based Immigration System.
