    Mental Health services in Barnet are provided jointly by the London Borough of Barnet and Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust. Barnet has a diverse multicultural community and the Complex Mental Health Teams provide a comprehensive service to people with complex Mental Health needs in the community.
Working in a multidisciplinary setting in the East Sector of Barnet, you will be expected to lead on specific social care policies and contribute to service development in this area. You will also have an opportunity to participate in research and development of services according to social care policy.
You will have professional developmental opportunities and be expected to supervise staff, participate in appraisals and recruitment of staff. It is also a requirement that you support the AMHP duty service on a rota basis.

Proven experience in working with mental health and AMHP qualification is essential. Car driver essential.
