Proven senior IT Management experience, a proven track record of driving & defining complex IT. strategy, managing according to budgetary constraints, exceptional communication skills are essential in order to explain complex IT concepts to non technical colleagues. Develop Information Technology strategy in support of the company’s mission & core objectives. Direct, control & motivate the staff of the Information Technology department. Develop an annual business plan & operating budget for the department & monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial targets are met.
