£8,000-£12,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDS ON AGE & EXPERIENCE
Due to hard work and success our Southern division based out of Croydon, Surrey currently have openings for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to bolster their Trades and Labour team. You will be responsible for placing temporary Labourers, Tradesmen, Plant Operators, and White Collar workers. You will undergo a comprehensive on the job training program giving . you the tools to do the job and the determination to hit key performance indicators within a target driven sales environment. On top of this you will work towards and gain an NVQ in Sales/Telesales. Sales experience desirable but not essential. To be based in Croydon or within a commutable distance. Good Organisational Skills and a clear and concise telephone manner. .
