Applicants must have experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector. You must be comfortable arm or cold calling and have effective selling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as is working knowledge of resourcing consulting services and the internet. . Responsibilities include canvassing new candidates, generating new leads, head hunting, interviewing candidates and preparing for pre/post interviews. Manages the overall relationship with the candidate from the initial engagement through contract negotiations and into a long-term association, which includes: Working closely with other departments, to include, relocation, resourcing, accounting, and immigration staff working in the account.
