Salary Range: £31,340 - £33,080 per annum
Applications are invited for the post of Research Technician in the Rheumatology Section of the Department of Medicine. The post will be based in Professor Tim Vyses laboratory at the Hammersmith Hospital campus, located in East Acton, but will also work closely with Professor Bill Cookson, Brompton campus. Applicants should be educated to degree level. BSc/MSc in Biomedical Science or equivalent. The successful candidate should have some experience in molecular genetics and molecular biology such as PCR, DNA purification and sequencing. The post is funded by a two-year project grant from the AHSC research committee at Imperial College and is available immediately.
