£40,000 - £60,000 PER ANNUM
FULL TIME, DAYS AND TIMES TO BE ARRANGED
The position requires comprehensive knowledge of small works, cyclical decorations and Planned Maintenance - value range £10,000 to 2 million. Experience in cyclical maintenance/refurbishment projects is essential, as is a recognised qualification in building surveying. The successful candidate will provide the most realistic net price for the bid, read all. tender documents check that they are suitable for tendering purposes, undertake site visits in preparation of tenders, liase with the consultant/client as appropriate in tender preparation period and prepare building quantities as required in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
