£40,000 - £60,000 PER ANNUM
FULL TIME, DAYS AND TIMES TO BE ARRANGED
You will be responsible for all the commercial aspects of projects from appraisal and validation of subcontractor applications, cost Valuation Reporting and Submission & Negotiations of Final Accounts. Candidates must be computer literate and have experience in planned and cyclical maintenance/refurbishment projects. A suitable and recognised qualification. in building would be an advantage.
