Requirements: Deep exp.in Java develpmnt; Inv.banking knowledge; STP compon.in the back-office space or bespoke Workflow solutions; UML / IBM Rational Software Modeler Knowledge and pract.exp.; Agile&iterative delivery methods (SCRUM, RUP, EUP etc); OO / Component design / Multi-tier. architecture; Ability to communicate tech.issues in a clear and concise manner;Oracle database, design & impl. database&application tuning etc; Websphere Datastage; Architecture&design skills on complex, "green field", bespoke developments;Ability to design solutions&technical comp-s from scratch;Java -Core dev&Swing, JNDI, Threading, JDBC, XML, Spring and Hibernate; Messaging;Server side dvlp.;C# and .NET Winforms, ASP.NET &.NET Framework 3.0.
