40 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:30AM TO 5:30 PM
The successful applicant will have a JD from a top law school in the US and will have passed the New York bar. He or she will have previous professional experience in the corporate department of a top tier New York law firm. Experience of debt and equity capital markets transactions is essential, including Regulation S, Rule 144A and SEC-registered transactions including detailed knowledge of the relevant areas of compliance, including SEC reporting, as well as some experience of M and A transactions. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and have experience of managing more junior associates.
