Full time fishmonger required (Tuesday to Saturday). We are looking for someone who has a real passion for cooking and preparing fish and sees this as an opportunity to work in a trendy area close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney. The main purpose of the role will be seafood preparation, cutting the fish as required by the customer and. knowledgeable advice on how to cook their fish. You will always ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. The position may suit a chef looking for better hours or even someone skilful and preparing fish and look for a career move. We would also consider trainees with a good attitude to get stuck in.
