£24,049 TO £30,865 PER ANNUM
37.5 PER WEEK, days and times to be arranged
In addition to strong technical skills, this role often represents the face of IT to the user community and so good customer service skills are essential. You should be an organised. and reliable individual with suitable technical experience. You will be expected to work as part of a team and on your own. A key aspect of the role is troubleshooting along with planning to deliver a high quality service in line with the standards and Service Level Agreements set out with our Directorates. .
