The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for being the main point of contact for a number of PSL relationships within the Banking Operations Recruitment market for their specific sector including: HSBC, Barclays Capital ,JP Morgan and RBS. The IT. Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle from qualifying the role with the hiring manager to negotiating offers and closing deals. You must have excellent client facing skills and ideally knowledge of the banking operations market already.
