12 HOURS, 4 DAYS BETWEEN MONDAY-SUNDAY, NIGHTS
You will be working as a night receptionist looking after any guests arriving and checking them in. You will manage incoming reservations by phone and email and respond as necessary. You will also act as concierge and assist guests with any . restaurant, show or transport enquiries. You will be in charge of ensuring all doors and windows are locked and secure and preparing all paperwork for the day shift. You will have previous hotel or luxury apartment experience, ideally from at least a 4 star property and have a good understanding of hotel systems and processes. You must have a positive attitude towards work and have the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will come from a 5 star London boutique.
