Our Duties include: Planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment and building fabric, Faultfinding and repairs, Following the PPMs. schedules, Liaising with Clients, Carrying out maintenance tasks according to Health and Safety requirements, Schedule and prioritize the works of contractors carrying out works, Ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date. Qualifications - Skills Required: Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical or HVAC discipline, Previous building services experience, CRB Security Check an advantage, or be prepared to undertake one .
