NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
40 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, BETWEEN 8.00AM - 5.00PM
self employed vacancy. CIS card and driving licence are essential. Must have own transport for 3 months, after this period a company vehicle will be supplied. Must have previous experience with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to write reports and be computer literate. . Must be skilled in carpentry, tiling, plastering, bricklaying as well as in other maintenance aspects. Petrol and all expenses covered. Duties will include carry out necessary repairs to properties in the London area.
