38 per week, Tues - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 3pm
Ideally you will have City & Guilds/NPTC Intermediate or Advanced Certification in Dog Grooming, or British Dog Groomers Association Higher Diploma in Dog Grooming. In lieu of qualifications, a strong portfolio of dog grooming work and experience is required. The role requires working in a Dog Grooming Salon environment, successful candidates would be able . to groom a selection of canine breeds to pet or show standard. The Salon is part of a retail environment and the role may include working in a retail environment as required; operating electronic till system, cashing up, communicating with clients via telephone or email, maintaining a client database on computer, coordinating appointments with clients/staff, and maintaining a clean and clear working environment. We expect our staff to be well presented and a uniform may be provided.
