To provide high quality information and technical support to clients of ikonami who have chosen to use our products and fulfilling user requests on daily basis. As part of onshore support, the job ensures that the personal data of users remains secure and confidential. The job demands extensive database querying so knowledge of SQL / PL SQL is essential, and. practical experience of MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005 will be plus point. CORE COMPETENCIES Database Skills (Especially in SQL) - SQL, PL SQL, cursors, and stored procedures, Communication skills, Analytical skills, and Knowledge of Products. duties include Working on technical queries with MS SQL Server and taking appropriate actions or to work as directed in order to reply the user query professionally & accurately.
