We need a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work for a small organisation with only two other staff members. You will play a key role in the companys growth. You will be trained in the full recruitment process, from sourcing resourcing suitable candidates, managing any existing business as well as developing relationships with new clients in order to win. their business and maximise sales. You will be required to learn fast and hit the ground running. You must have a good telephone manner and be comfortable making sales calls daily. A background in sales would be advantageous. This position offers a basic salary of 12,000 with commission. This position is open to those willing to take part in the work trial scheme. Position is for 26th July 2010 start.
