£18,700 PER ANNUM PLUS MONTHLY INCENTIVE SCHEME
You are measured by the ability to put our customers at the centre of your day. You'll need to show us that you know how to deliver great customer service while also identifying appropriate sales opportunities so you can meet & beat your targets. . Your outstanding interpersonal skills should be backed by a broad knowledge of banking products & services. You will spend the majority of your time building trusted relationships with individual customers so you develop a very individual understanding of how we can help them. You'll then work in close collaboration with the other specialists in your branch to make it happen. More than this, you'll keep an eye on trends within your local area.
