37.5HOURS PER MONDAY - FRIDAY 8.30AM-5PM
Applicants must have extensive experience in a similar role and strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Required Technical skills are SERVER support (2003/2008), exchange support(2003/2007), network support (SW/wifi & internal cabling management), AD management, Blackberry support and BEF knowledge. Duties: Your role will. be joining one of onsite customer helpdesk teams, taking a key role in providing IT support. Your main responsibilities are providing first, second and third line support to the customer helpdesk and dealing with and supporting staff in Japanese and English..
