£16000 TO £16000 PER ANNUM
You will be working alongside an existing team of support personnel looking after customer queries over the phone and email. It is a busy operation priding itself on first class support levels without the normal call centre atmosphere. Although it is advantageous for you to have previous experience we are happy to train. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. Understanding. of broadband eg router setup, home networking 2.Understanding of hosting and scripting 3.Problem solving skills 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Enthusiasm ADVANTAGEOUS 1.Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems 2.Experience using IIS and or Apache 3.Experience with ASP PHP Perl MySQL SQL 4.Previous telecommunication experience 5.Common Internet applications and services email, web, FTP etc WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH 1.Competitive salary 2.Pension.
