£25000 TO £35000 PER ANNUM
We are currently looking for an experienced electrical or mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in the City. You will be required to carry out planned preventative and reactive work of a high profile building. Work will include maintenance of AC Units, pumps,. motors, electrics, hot and cold water supply, as well as working with BMS Systems. Experience and Qualifications Required: Previous building services experience and knowledge of basic electrics, air conditioning and BMS systems would be an advantage, as would Recognized certificates in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
