Main duties include field engineering, troubleshooting at customers site, installation isolation of equipment, creating manuals for operational purposes covering shift work. Also, proactive operation maintenance, recording logging info, reporting to mgmnt maintaining the Company’s high ISMS standards. Experience required: Bachelors in Computer Applicat. Information Technology. Considerable Network Operation Centre experience be CCNP qualified, but will accept CCNA if currently studying towards CCNP. Must be Microsoft certified DB Administration, System Engineer, System Administration. Other key experience: SDH, ATM,G703704, Frame-relay, X21 Ethernet, TCPIP, MPLS Routing protocols: RIP, OSPE, ISIS, EIGRP, BGP, IPV6Voice protocol SS7, H323, ISUP, ISDN telephony switch and application.
