Insurance Claims Negotiator / West Malling, Kent, London
£20000 - £27000 per annum
35 per week, Monday-Friday, days
Applicants must have experience in a household, commercial liability claims handling role. The main duties of the role will be to manage a portfolio of work and authorising claim payments within limits of authority. Also involved will be the . provision of technical assistance and guidance on claims matters to departmental staff as well as liaising with underwriting departments to resolve queries. The role will also involve preparing files above normal authority levels for reference to senior personnel, making recommendations where necessary and ensuring that all verbal/written complaints are dealt with in accordance with the Complaints Procedure. Previous customer service and claims handling experience will be required. .
