Full time hours, 8.00 AM TO 5.30 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
The successful candidate must be degree educated in relevant subject with previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Alternatively we will consider application from candidates with working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in dry-lining and suspended ceilings. Duties include managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures, such as . sports stadiums, hospitals, offices and schools, valuing completed work and arranging payments, preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work, assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies, performing risk and value management and cost control and advising on procurement strategy.
